Inventory & Load Tree Lot Materials
We need a crew to help load out the Lions Club trailer with all the items needed for tree sales. The supplies are at the Habitat for Humanity warehouse. We will then delivery the materials to the tree lot.

Christmas Tree Lot Materials Unloading
The materials to build our tree lot will arrive on November 21, 2025, and we need to unload the moving van as quickly as possible. Conlee-Garrett will park a trailer on the lot loaded with pallets and fence panels and it needs to be unloaded as quickly as possible so the trailer can be removed. This work group will unload the materials, not build the lot. With a good turnout, we can have the work done in short order.

Christmas Tree Lot Setup
Pallets and fence panels will be wrangled around the parking lot to create the bins. Lighting will be added and everything wired in for daily operations.

Christmas Trees Arrive - Unload, Count, and Tag
The trees will be delivered around 9:00 AM Monday, November 24, 2025. It involves unloading the truck and putting the trees into the proper locations on the lot. It involves a lot of heavy lifting. Once trees are delivered, they need to be counted and tagged. Tagging the trees will help speed along trees sales. We need to make sure trees are properly tagged so we charge the correct price for each tree.

Decorate Christmas Trees
The Tree Sales Committee feels a fully lighted and decorated tree on the lot will help attract customers. The tree would not only showcase the beauty of our trees but would also provide a wonderful photo opportunity for families that come onto the lot. This event shouldn't take long and we will gather the needed lights and ornaments. Really, whoever would like to come out can drop by and help with the tree. And, if you like, bring an ornament to hang on the tree. This could be a continuous project for the duration of this year's sales.

The Lions Elf Shop is open on the Opening Weekend and will have lots of handmade items and Christmas wreaths.
